Beginner Spinner Miniseries: 30-Minute Indoor Cycling

WELCOME TO SESSION 1 OF A 4-PART MINISERIES!
The first session of this beginner-level indoor cycling class starts with some notes about type of bike and shoes appropriate for these kinds of workouts. Next, we learn about how to set up the saddle and handle bars. We begin a 20-minute beginner ride that takes us through the primary hand positions and seated and standing positions of a ride. This moves us through various shapes and terrains to gain perspective about the common elements of an indoor cycling (spinning) class session.

ABOUT THE MINISERIES
Spinning, or indoor cycling, is an art that you can learn during this 4-week/4-session series for beginners, new spinners, or indoor cycling-lovers who love to keep it simple! Come and explore hand positions, saddle shapes, RPMs, and resistance levels and, while you’re at it, learn about how classes are choreographed to music. This series is informative but don’t worry…you’ll get your burn!
