Prehnite engages the dreamscape and the potential of manifestation, while dendritic opal strengthens emotional healing to realize greater capacity for feeling. Blue kyanite helps to open the mind for more acceptance of self and others.

What is Reiki?
Reiki is an ancient energy healing practice that anyone can receive, even at a distance and virtually, by accepting the energy presented. Energy will flow automatically to where it is needed in order to balance and heal. Reiki symbols invoke deeper healing. Learn more about my particular Reiki practice here.

What is ASMR?
ASMR (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response) is audible and visual stimulous that encourages a visceral sensation in the body through “triggering” corporeal pleasantry. Viewers/listeners may experience tingling, relaxation, sleep, or various forms of euphoria through ASMR. My ASMR content is slow and gentle and often includes soft-spoken voice and meditative instruction, as well as soothing hand movements. Listen with headphones for the best experience.

What is Crystal Therapy?
Crystal therapy is the use of crystals to support healing. I love to engage various types of crystals in Reiki sessions because they help me to channel Reiki energy and to focus my intention with the healing. Crystals also aid viewers in visualizing their own healing, I have found. They carry strong energetic signatures that support deeper healing.
