The session begins with some standing shapes as we move through some limbering flows toward chair and malasana (garland). We find our balance in garudasana (eagle) and open the back body in a wide-legged forward fold sequence. Bear, puppy, sphinx, cobra, upward-facing dog, and downward-facing dog make up a feel-good flow before moving toward anjaneyasana (low lunge) and ardha hanuman (half-split) flow and some inner thigh opening seated shapes. We end with supported fish and legs-up-the-wall to decompress.
