THE SESSION
In this second class of the series we continue to explore foundational dumbbell strength training exercises, learning and practicing good form. Each exercise includes 3 sets of work and short breaks between, as well as instruction for beginners. Exercises include:

Upright row
Squat
Biceps curl
Dead rows
Alternating chest press
Alternating triceps (close) press
Starbird

THE SERIES

This 4-week/8-session strength training series centers on foundational exercises using dumbbells and bodyweight to build confidence while you build muscle.
