4 on the Floor, Part 4

THE SESSION
In this last session of 4 on the Floor we begin with some inner thigh leg lifts and then move into two “walks” to stengthen the core and the upper body, including crab walks and lateral plank walks. The session concludes with a set of crunches sure to bring warmth to the core!

THE SERIES
Explore four 30-minute sessions of floor exercises using only bodyweight! This inventive 30-minute strength workout series provides a full-body burn, focusing on major muscle groups to improve functional movement and strengthen the core, upper body, and lower body. The series is suitable for all levels of fitness.
