Today’s live Reiki ASMR focuses on the sacral svadhisthana chakra and engages a set of crystals for this chakra, including: sunstone, carnelian, orange calcite, orange selenite, and tangerine quartz. We focus on boosting self-confidence and sense of self with energy work centered in selfdom and self actualization. We strengthen emotional frailty and root out the causes of irritability to invite deeper creativity, passion, and joy.

Luxuriate in the pure, calming, and nourishing energy of Reiki. I pair Reiki energy healing with relaxing ASMR hand movements to increase ease. Crystal therapy is used to channel the energy and enhance intention. I use soft-spoken, tender language to foster a landscape of loving kindness so you can best open to receive Reiki.
