Feel the BURN with this slow-rep chest and triceps strength workout using dumbbells. This home workout is sure to build muscle. It’s an effective slow burn for when you’re short on time but focused on results! Enjoy three sets of super slow reps of three exercises each for the chest and triceps, including:

Chest Press
Triceps Press
Around the World
Skull Crusthers
Incline Pushup
Triceps Dip

Required Equipment
Dumbbells (ideally a weight range)

Suggested Equipment
A bench or step with risers (although you can do all exercises on the floor)
