THE SESSION
Today’s 60-minute live Yin Yang Yoga for Autumn (Part 4) begins at the wall for some deep and supported stretching and postures leading up to handstand prep. A riveting vinyasa flow of sun salutations takes us through twisted reverse high crescent into vasisthasana and wild thing. We find our way into seated postures for a yin experience, including gomukhasana and supported virasana toward heron. Take full wheel or stay in bridge at the close. This autumnal practice brings bursts of energy nestled in slow flow and compassionate postures, perfect for the changing season.
THE SERIES
Experience a tender yoga practice that combines the soft and lingering aspects of gentle and restorative yoga with the revitalizing power of hatha and yin. This Yin Yang 8-week yoga series flows through dynamic and still movement to mirror the ebbs and flows of seasonal change as we move from summer towards winter. Enjoy an autumnal practice to situate you in the beautiful change. Come to any number of sessions.
