THE SESSION
Enjoy Reiki energy healing for all, with relaxing ASMR elements, such as soft-spoken tender language and crystal therapy for deep healing. During this session I clear the aura and address old, past wounds with brown aragonite crystals. Jungle jade aids in detoxing the organs and residual, unwanted energy. Blue kyanite attunes the emotions, especially rooting out anger.

I hold certifications as Reiki Master, yoga instructor, personal trainer, group fitness instructor, indoor cycling instructor, and BodyPump instructor, which I have aquired since I began working in the fitness industry in 2002.
