This basic step choreography is perfect for new steppers already familiar with the foundational moves of step aerobics. It’s also great for steppers at any level. Enjoy this 30-minute cardio workout with 4 blocks of choreography set to music at 125 bpm (slow down or speed up the pace by using the “playback speed” tool under “settings” in YouTube!). This routine is called “Ground Control:” it’s grounding in its movements and works with basic step moves at the ground floor, including:
