THE SESSION
Build muscle and get a great workout with this 40-minute strength training session that engages the whole body! In this class we use a pyramid style of weightlifting with dumbbells to fatigue muscles and get those gains. Exercises include:

Lateral Lunge
Chest Raise
Preacher Curl
Single Leg Deadlift and Row
Bent Arm Dumbbell Pullover and Press
Supinated Lateral and Overhead Raise Combo

THE SERIES
Foundational strength training and muscle conditioning prepares the body for the physical load required to perform dynamic and functional patterns. Improve strength by applying force efficiently with this carefully crafted and innovative series designed to build upon the basics with progressions toward compound movements, using a pyramid approach. Get a full-body pump using dumbbells during this 4-week/8-session series, suitable for all levels of fitness.
