Tender Yoga with Reiki 7

Join me LIVE for an hour of Tender Yoga with Reiki energy healing during Savasana on YouTube most Sundays @ 10am EST.

During today’s livestream Tender Yoga with Reiki we begin with some standing shapes after a Sun Salutation flow, moving from Chair Pose into some revolved postures, and into a Standing Split. We move into the hips with Gomukasana (Cow Face), Half Lord of the Fishes, and Half Pigeon (and Full Pigeon, if you like). Supine postures like fish and help us move toward savasana, where we receive Reiki energy healing.
