This tender Yoga session begins with seated postures that move toward various expressions of padmasana (lotus). We open the side bodies and mid- and low-back as we progress into standing shapes that include vrksasana (tree) and dancer. Enjoy loving movements paired with affirmative language. Reiki healing energy flows during savasana, and the session concludes with singing bowl sound therapy. During the session several technological difficulties emerged, but they did not interfere with the mood or efficiency of the practice.
