THE SESSION
Today’s 60-minute Yin Yang Yoga for Autumn class begins with building heat with standing postures — including shiva, chair, and revolved ardha chandrasa — and a vinyasa flow. Vrksasana reminds us of the changing season before we move to prone shapes toward dhanurasana. We transition to a slower, savory practice with navasana into wide-legged forward folding and bending before taking savasana.

THE SERIES
Experience a tender yoga practice that combines the soft and lingering aspects of gentle and restorative yoga with the revitalizing power of hatha and yin. This Yin Yang 8-week yoga series flows through dynamic and still movement to mirror the ebbs and flows of seasonal change as we move from summer towards winter. Enjoy an autumnal practice to situate you in the beautiful change. Come to any number of sessions.
