This 30-minute compassionate Hatha yoga practice is infused with Reiki healing energy during Savasana. Wrist-friendly options are offered through the practice, as well as some variations and angles for understanding the postures better. Primary postures include: Sukasana (Easy), Parighasana (Gate), Vrksasana (Tree), Dancer, and Happy Baby. This compassionate session has standing balances and seated introspection.
