Hi, my name is Jenn! I’m a mom, wife, and professor as my full-time jobs. My passions include writing fantasy fiction and poetry and making content to movitate and inspire others — and myself! I hold certifications as Reiki Master, yoga instructor, personal trainer, group fitness instructor, indoor cycling instructor, and BodyPump instructor, which I have aquired since I began working in the fitness industry in 2002.
